We will never share your information with anyone.

All products are covered by a 12 month defects warranty unless otherwise stated.

Goods are normally shipped via Canada Post, however we do use other shippers. We will check with all the major providers to ensure the cheapest/fastest option is used. We ship products worldwide.

Orders are normally sent the same day they are received (before 1pm PST) and take 3-5 business days within Canada/USA (depending on your location, allow extra for regional and remote areas). Express shipping usually takes 1-2 days. International orders can take up to 4 weeks with standard shipping and typically take 4-6 business days with the Express shipping upgrade (recommended).

Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers have the option of a store credit or refund. Returns for a store credit will be given a 100% store credit (only if the product including the packaging is in new condition; otherwise a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply). All returns for a refund will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (greater than 10% if the product is damaged or items are missing).

The website does not store your credit card details, payments are processed via PayPal.
