The kit includes: 1 x Star Mount with velcro and foam bases for mounting to helmets, along with magnets and a special base so that you can mount to a hat or metal surfaces; 1 x Mini Rail Mount with velcro and foam bases for mounting to helmets; 1 x Goggle Strap Mount with an optional headstrap; 1 x Tripod Plate for mounting to 1/4" threads; 1 x Pipe Mount with cable ties for mounting to round bars; 4 x Cable Guides with velcro and foam bases; 1 x Spare Camera Clamp and Base with screws; 5 x spare velcro mounting strips.
